Northlinetransport provides strategic business consulting, process auditing, and operational analysis for warehouse management, cold chain storage, and regional cargo routing. Our services are strictly advisory and do not include physical freight hauling, passenger transit, or travel bookings. All recommendations are based on site-specific data and industry standards.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their facilities, operations, and any relevant safety or regulatory requirements. Access to storage areas, dispatch logs, and thermal records must be granted for the duration of the audit. Failure to disclose material conditions may limit the accuracy of our findings.
Northlinetransport is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the implementation of our recommendations. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or operational results, as external factors beyond our control may affect performance.
All reports, audit findings, process maps, and recommendations delivered to the client remain the intellectual property of Northlinetransport unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use the deliverables for internal operational improvements but may not distribute or resell them without prior consent.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. In case of early termination, fees for work completed up to the notice date are non-refundable. Northlinetransport reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on our website.
